PRX-T33 Peeling

PRX-T33 Peeling A new form of skin treatment – stimulation of the skin without a needle

What is PRX-T33 Peeling?

PRX-T33 is a gentle and very effective biorevitalising peeling treatment for the face, neck, décolleté and hands. It removes fine wrinkles in a very gentle way. It is also suitable for other indications: acne scars, sunken scars and stretch marks on the arms, legs and abdominal region can be improved with this peeling technique. PRX-T33 is a combination of trichloroacetic acid (33% TCA) and hydrogen peroxide. However, thanks to its patented formulation with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), it is significantly less aggressive. Instead of becoming active directly on the surface of the skin (which leads to a certain “peeling effect”), it concentrates its forces and penetrates directly into the middle layer of the skin, the dermis, where it has a regenerating effect. The peeling improves skin quality in the long term, prevents the ageing process and results in a smoother and more radiant skin surface. The kojic acid present in the peeling, which blocks the melanin synthesis responsible for pigment spots, also ensures a certain “whitening effect”: freckles and age spots are significantly reduced.

How is PRX carried out?

In order to prepare the skin for the upcoming treatment as effectively as possible, it is first thoroughly cleansed and any make-up residues are removed. This is done using the special “P-Solution”, which lowers the pH value of the skin and has a degreasing effect. Immediately afterwards, liquid PRX-T33 gel is applied to the skin areas in layers (depending on the skin condition). There are no injections. The peeling is applied with special, very pleasant stroking movements. The area to be treated is then thoroughly cleaned with water. The treatment is followed by a special “moisturising hyaluronic acid mask”, which pleasantly soothes the skin. Finally, the daycare product that is part of the treatment programme is applied. This cream restores the skin’s extremely important protective acid mantle and provides it with nutrients and moisture.

Can PRX treatment be combined with other treatments?

PRX treatment can also be used to complement the anti-ageing protocol: hyaluronic acid injections and Skintox treatments can easily be combined.

The advantages of PRX peeling

  • prevents the ageing process.
  • balances the loss of elasticity of the skin and tightens the skin.
  • avoids “peeling” of the epidermis, ensuring an immediate and clearly visible tightening and regeneration of the underlying skin layers.
  • light damage as well as superficial surgical scars and acne scars can be reduced with promising results.
  • no flaking of the skin, as is usually the case with intensive peeling and laser treatments.
  • no bruising or redness, so the patient can resume their activities immediately without any signs of cosmetic treatment.
  • no pain.
  • the peeling can even be used in the summer.
