Combining the various treatments in a single operation is a major challenge for the patient and her physical health. It is therefore assumed that breastfeeding ceased at least nine months ago, that weight has returned to normal and that there is no desire to have further children. Get individual advice during a consultation and see a rendering of your new breasts using a 3D simulation.

It's not an easy question to answer. How quickly you are presentable again depends on how many procedures have been carried out at the same time. It also varies based on your basic condition, how healthy and in shape you are, and whether all measures are followed correctly after the operation. For everyday life, however, you will be healthy again after two to three weeks, but not fully healed.
Which breast surgery is performed depends on the patient's breast conditions. A sagging breast is tightened by means of a mastopexy or breast lift. A large and heavy chest is best reduced first and then tightened. If the breast appears empty and lifeless after pregnancy and prolonged breastfeeding, breast implants can be used to create new curves. However, as the problems are manifold, the right procedure for you must be determined in a detailed consultation with your surgeon.
To tighten the abdominal wall, a long, horizontal scar must be placed above the groin during surgery. A scar also develops near the belly button. Both scars should be regularly cared for and massaged after surgery. Over time, these scars fade, but they never become completely invisible.
After an abdominoplasty, there may be temporary pulling and burning sensation surrounding the scar. If the straight abdominal muscle has also been closed or reconstructed, you may find it difficult to walk upright initially. The feeling of pressure in this region can be relatively unpleasant at first. After one to two weeks, however, this permanent tension subsides.
To provide relief to the scar over the genital area, it is easier at first if you walk with a slight bent. However, it should be possible to walk upright again after just one to two weeks. Don't forget to take regular deep breaths during this time to fill the lower parts of your lung with oxygen.
In principle, not at all. However, stretch marks and sagging skin can be treated with medical needling, laser therapies and biostimulators (Sculptra).
In the vast majority of cases, the hip and love handles, and occasionally areas of the abdomen, are siphoned and combined with an abdominoplasty. However, these areas must not be treated too radically in order to avoid wound healing disorders in the abdominal area.
The results of an eyelid lift last for many years. Although the natural aging process continues, the effect achieved by the eyelid lift remains. Should the upper eyelids fall sharply again over the years due to an unfavorable disposition, lifestyle, facial expressions or skin quality and lead to renewed impairment, the operation can be repeated after 10 years.
In principle, it's certainly better to refrain from further pregnancies after abdominoplasty. However, should you unexpectedly become pregnant again after abdominoplasty, gain weight again, just as patients who have not had the surgery.
The tissue will stretch again under the influence of hormones and the growing abdomen. However, if rectus diastasis was corrected or the muscle was closed, an unpleasant feeling of tension can occur in this area.
In principle, labia reduction and breast correction can be combined. However, it is relatively difficult to combine abdominoplasty/liposuction of the abdomen and hips with a labia reduction. The risk of long-lasting swelling and wound healing disorders in the genital area is relatively high. We therefore recommend a correction of the labia majora to not be combined with an abdominoplasty.
