PRX-T33 is a combination of trichloroacetic acid (33 TCA) and hydrogen peroxide. Thanks to the patented formula with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), however, it is significantly less aggressive. Instead of being active directly on the skin surface (which leads to a certain “peeling effect”), its force is concentrated to penetrate immediately into the middle layer of the skin, the dermis, to have a regenerating effect there. The scrub improves skin quality over the long term, prevents the aging process and leads to a smoother and more radiant skin surface. The kojic acid present in the peel, which blocks the melanin synthesis responsible for hyperpigmentation, also has a certain “whitening effect”: freckles and age spots are significantly reduced.
In order to optimally prepare the skin for the upcoming treatment, the first step is to thoroughly cleanse it and remove any makeup residue. The special “P-Solution” is used here, which lowers the pH value of the skin and has a degreasing effect. Immediately afterwards, the liquid PRX-T33 gel is applied to the skin in layers (depending on the skin's condition). There is no injection. The peel is applied with special, pleasant stroking movements. The treated area is then thoroughly cleansed with water. The treatment is followed by a special “moisturizing hyaluronic acid mask”, which soothes the skin. Finally, the day cream included in the treatment program is applied. This cream restores the skin's vital protective acid mantle and provides it with nutrients and moisture.
The treatment can also be used to complement an anti-aging protocol; it can easily be combined with hyaluronic acid injections and Karisma treatments (LINK).

A slight edema (swelling) may be a sign of the chemical stress and the resulting tissue reaction. Minimal tingling, redness, and a slight burning sensation are also described. However, the side effects are short-lived.

The treatment should not be used during pregnancy or breast-feeding or by those with acute skin conditions, skin rashes, infections or viral inflammations. We also do not recommend this treatment for those with very dark skin tones.
